This morning I ran the 2013 NYC Cupcake Run in Astoria Park, in Astoria, Queens. My official race time was 21:13, which equated to 2nd place! (A great way to celebrate my birthday!)

This morning I ran the 2013 Fifth Avenue Mile along Central Park in Manhattan. I ran it in 5:49.

This morning I ran the 2013 NYC Pizza Run in Tompkins Square Park, in Manhattan’s East Village. My official race time was 17:33, which equated to 6th place overall and 5th place among males.

Today I played a marathon runner for a commercial for the NYC Marathon.
This morning I entered the ING NYC Marathon 2013 via guaranteed entry. The NYC Marathon this year will take place on Sunday, November 3rd. It will be my sixth running of the race.
Today I ran the Boston Marathon in 3:37:59.

This evening I did a live radio interview for Lucy-Jade Norris‘s program On Air with Lucy. In the interview, we talked about the recent NYC Replacement Marathon that I organized while briefly touching on my book Long-Form Improv.
