This afternoon I snapped a photo of a rainbow in Manhattan over Central Park. I tweeted @NBCNewYork and they asked for permission to use the photo.
My rainbow photo ended up in a slideshow on NBCNewYork.com titled “Your Spectacular Spring Photos.”

A friend of mine turned me on to an article running in The Gothamist today, titled “Pizza-Eating Foot Race Returns to Tompkins Square Park.” And she pointed out that the guy in the photo atop the article — who looks quite deranged as he attempts to inhale a slice of pizza, I might add — looked a lot like me.
