You can’t know how much time I’ve spent trying to get this live. Here and there in December I dabbled in Wordpress until finally digging in closer to Christmastime. When away on Christmas break, much more of my time was spent on the computer tweaking code than with family, to figure out what I wanted in a new website and then trying to get it to happen. Although I can do some cool things, I’m still ultimately an amateur and things take me a long time. This website was an evolution to get to the point you see now, and right now I’m extremely happy with the result. ★ Read more »

Completed the Philadelphia Marathon in 3:07:32 & Qualified for Boston!

Just a brief note for now that I achieved my ambitious goal of qualifying for the Boston Marathon. To qualify for Boston, I had to run a qualifying marathon in 3:10 or less. I ran Philadelphia today in 3:07:32. This photo is of me sprinting to the finish line. It was such an awesome feeling!
