Completed the Philadelphia Marathon in 3:07:32 & Qualified for Boston!

Just a brief note for now that I achieved my ambitious goal of qualifying for the Boston Marathon. To qualify for Boston, I had to run a qualifying marathon in 3:10 or less. I ran Philadelphia today in 3:07:32. This photo is of me sprinting to the finish line. It was such an awesome feeling!

Mercy // Episode 109 // “Some of Us Have Been to the Desert” // + Interviewed!

Today I stood in for the characters of Dr. Carlson and Tim Flanagan on Episode 109 (“Some of Us Have Been to the Desert”) on the television series Mercy.

This evening Ithaca College journalism student Monica Watson interviewed me for a class project on celebrity journalism based on my experience as an actor in film.

Ugly Betty // Episode 410 // “The Passion of the Betty”

Upon my return from Columbus, OH, this morning, I headed over to work on location on Episode 410 (“The Passion of The Betty”) of the television show Ugly Betty. I photo-doubled for Michael Urie, who plays Marc St. James. It was fun in two ways: a) I fit into his skinny jeans, and b) I had my hair curled to be like his. It actually turned out pretty cool!

Long-Form Improv Crash Course @ Otterbein College

Today I taught the second of a two-day session in long-form improv at Otterbein College.

The session culimated with a fun, informal performance in which 4 new improv teams each performed a La Ronde. The show was outstanding, especially considering that most of these students had never improvised in front of an audience.
