About This Project
In early December 2012, my friend Amy Rivard wanted to submit an entry into a contest that called for making a music video for the song “Something Like Olivia” by John Mayer. Amy is a huge John Mayer fan. She said she wanted me to play a part in it and I accepted.
We shot on December 15th around Astoria just as I was starting to get over a serious cold. The Queens Kickshaw, a cool local restaurant, allowed us to shoot in the window of their restaurant, which was a lot of fun to do.
