Habit change takes time. By setting small, attainable goals each week will build upon the progress and work together to overcome the obstacles. You will learn what brought you to where you are right now and what is keeping you stuck in order to take empowered action to move through what is holding you back from feeling your best.
Simple lifestyle changes
Together we will find the potential triggers for your flares, to reduce the severity of symptoms, and reduce the occurrence of flares and control your weight. We will work to implement simple lifestyle changes. This may include more movement, mindful meditation, creative outlets, journaling, and more.
Transition to a more plant-based diet
Improve your physical and mental fatigue, reduce brain fog, improve sleep, lose weight, and reduce pain by reducing inflammatory foods and transitioning to a more plant-based diet. We will go at your pace — One plant-based meal a day, a week, or a total transition. I provide guidance on making the transition easy and tons of exciting recipes to try.
Stress management
Learn new techniques to reduce health-related anxiety, frustration, and stress so that you can increase the feeling of empowerment, get better sleep, and control over your mental health.
Unique alternative approaches
We will work on your mental mindset, habit change, limiting beliefs, and patterns. We can use techniques like Creative Healing Arts Therapy as a new way to express your feelings or Human Design to help you understand your true nature in order to reduce the conditioning that may be stunting your progress.
Learn to live empowered with your diagnosis
We will implement strategies to help you advocate for yourself, to ask support when needed, learn to communicate with loved ones about how you feel and what you need, and to find the good in everyday regardless of your illness.
