For past marathons, I kept a training blog. In October 2009, that blog melted down as my old web host corrupted the blog’s database during a forced “upgrade.” Needless to say I switched web hosts.<\/p>\n
I was able to recover the posts from that blog and put them online. What follows serves as an “archive” of that blog. Not very interesting reading unless you’re interested in the minutiae of marathon training and learning how training for my first 3 marathons went. (I did not keep an online blog when training for my 4th marathon.)<\/p>\n
