Today I had verrrrrry long day at General Grant's Tomb in Manhattan, where we shot a couple protest scenes for the Beatles film, Across the Universe. In attendance was Director Julie Taymor.

Cute! In Vol. 62, #4 of the journal ETC: A Review of General Semantics, pp. 465-466, is a quotation of something I said in a discussion on a general semantics message board on the topic of linguist George Lakoff and framing. The quotation has been anonymized, but it's my speech!

Funny, my first time published in a journal is with my name removed. Fortuitous of events to come?
