Today I ran the ING New York City Marathon. I finished with a net time of 3:50:26, which beat my 2001 NYC Marathon net time of 3:53:47.
P. Diddy also ran this year's marathon, his first. I passed him early in the race in Brooklyn, and he finished with a net time of 3:58:22--roughly 8 minutes behind me.

This afternoon I had an appointment with Chia Messina to photograph new headshots.
The session was great. I would highly recommend Chia. She is a pleasure to work with, and she was very helpful in guiding me to get great shots.
I will have proofs available online in about a week, for people to evaluate and provide feedback on which shots I should use as my headshots. Sign up for my mailing list for the announcement when they're available online!

This afternoon I had an appointment for the role of Charles in the Merrimack Repertory Theatre production of David Schulner's An Infinite Ache. In attendance were Director Greg Leaming, Artistic Director Charles Towers, Reader Eunice Wong, and Casting Director Rich Cole.
This evening, if your eyes were darting around while watching ABC's Hope & Faith, you may have seen me in the scene in the country-western bar (Episode 8 - "Hope & Faith Get Randy"). I was most visible when the group was doing the line dance in the middle of the scene. I was wearing a brown-plaid shirt with emblems on it and holding a beer.

Today I received in the mail an autographed copy of The Onion's book Ad Nauseum: Complete News Archives Volume 14.
I appear in a photo on page 89 with improviser Curtis Gwynn (one of the "Flab 4" of Comedy Central's upcoming show, Straight Eye for the Queer Guy).
The photo was for the article "Denver Optometrist Not Sure Why He Has Gay Cult Following." (Interesting how Curtis now has a staunchly straight television show!) For more information on the shoot, visit my Highlights page.

This morning I had a second audition for the Lincoln Center Theater production of A.R. Gurney's new play, Big Bill. In attendance were Casting Director Daniel Swee and Casting Assistant Kristin McTigue.
Today's appointment came after my original EPA audition on 10/22/2003.
