Today I ran the 2017 NYC Marathon in 3:30:03.
For a recap of my experience, read my entry in my running blog O’er the Hills.
This evening I did a live radio interview for Lucy-Jade Norris‘s program On Air with Lucy. In the interview, we talked about the recent NYC Replacement Marathon that I organized while briefly touching on my book Long-Form Improv.

Hi. My name is Ben Hauck. And I’m going to run a marathon on Sunday.

Perhaps you’ll want to join me.
I’m just a guy. A guy who wants to run that day.
